THE IMPORTANCE OF KEEPING BE FIT

Keeping be fit involves accomplish a better quality of life. Nowadays everybody usually do sport like entertainment or hobby and due to do exercise, people stretch on its life.

On the one hand, when you do sport and eat healthy food you can feel more active throughout all day and you are less tired. Secondly, doing sport is very important to health, because exercises like run or swim increase your lung capacity and when the heart beats, it pumps more blood.

On the other hand, doing a lot of sport can cause problems in your health getting to the point of becoming an obsession. Even, there are people who inject themselves hormones to be more strong.


In my opinión, I think that keeping be fit is very important because it improves your physical condition and it is a way to clear your mind.
